Dr. Monique Turner is a Clinical Community Psychologist and Educator. Dr. Turner has 12 years of clinical training in severe mental illness, working with the incarcerated population, in neuropsychological assessments, and community research. She is trained in brain-spotting and trauma-informed therapy. Her therapeutic framework reflects a holistic perspective, with an emphasis on self-awareness and evidenced-based practices.  Dr. Turner’s research interests include Neuropsychology, Ethnic Health Disparities, Educational Disparities, Equity, and Positive Psychology which reflects her passion.
