As a marriage and family therapy (MFT) trainee, I am dedicated to helping you create stronger, more connected relationships. By taking part in meaningful conversations that get to the heart of the challenges you are facing, we can work together to make real and lasting changes in your life.
Whether you’re facing conflict in your relationship, navigating a family transition, or struggling with anxiety, depression, or disconnection, my role is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your emotions and build deeper understanding and resilience. I view each client with empathy and curiosity, and I am committed to honoring your unique experiences and strengths.
I am also deeply committed to equity and inclusion in my work. I strive to create a welcoming and affirming environment for clients of all backgrounds, identities, and relationship structures, approaching each client with cultural humility and respect.
My goal is to help clients foster meaningful change by accessing and understanding their emotions while expressing their needs in ways that deepen intimacy and connection. Whether you’re coming to therapy individually or with a partner or family member, I welcome you to take this courageous step with me toward healing and growth.
