Renova San Diego is a nonprofit mental-health organization serving communities across North County and Mission Valley. We are committed to providing high-quality, affordable mental-health care to individuals, couples, and families. Our mission is rooted in the belief that emotional health, secure relationships, and accessible care are essential to building thriving families and resilient communities.

Renova specializes in attachment-based couple and family therapy, offering advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Our work is supported and endorsed by the International Centre for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy (ICEEFT) as well as the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT).

Our mission is to expand mental-health access, build emotional resilience, and provide exceptional relationship-focused therapy so that every family—regardless of financial circumstance—can receive the care they deserve.
