At Renova San Diego, we love to learn together, and we love to work together. We provide various clinical tracks where you can learn clinical skills, then put them into practice. We provide free training in Play Therapy, in Family Therapy, in Couples Therapy and in Supervisor training.

In addition to quality training, we will also give you opportunities to provide therapy to a range of clients and supervisees. Whether you require supervision or consultation, at Renova San Diego, you will have the opportunity to build a full and versatile clinical practice with the support of our team.

Free Training: Play Therapy track; Couples Therapy Track; Family Therapy Track; Supervision Track

Associate position: $35 an hour

Licensed position: $45

Weekly Supervision/Consultation for both Associates and Licensed clinicians

Health Care and 401K plan

Compensation: Clinical hours are paid at $35/hour for Associates and $45 for licensed clinicians. Minimum wage is paid for Supervision/Consultation, Client Advocacy, and any Administrative Items.

Applicants are expected to maintain a caseload of 7 clinical hours per week at minimum.
