Kore believes that all people are capable of transformative healing when met with compassionate care. She seeks to meet her clients with empathy and curiosity and
feels privileged to walk alongside them on their journey. Kore is passionate about diversity and inclusion and strongly believes that all relationships and identities are
valid. As such, she honors that clients are the experts of their own lives and seeks to provide a safe and affirming therapeutic experience.
Kore takes a trauma-informed approach and specializes in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Kore
has also been a registered yoga teacher (E-RYT 200) since 2015 and, as such, brings mindfulness and somatic awareness into her work as a therapist.
Prior to pursuing a career in mental health, Kore worked as a corporate communications advisor, providing strategic counsel to companies in crisis situations such as
bankruptcies, sudden management changes, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, and reputational attacks. Kore now applies the crisis management skills that she developed in that job to her work helping individuals, couples and families move through periods of transition, challenge, and distress.
Kore sees herself as a relationship consultant who partners with clients to help them identify and compassionately shift unhelpful patterns that keep them stuck. Most importantly, Kore really LOVES doing this work and is deeply dedicated to her clients’ success. If this sounds like what you’ve been looking for, she would be honored to begin working with you today!
