Through my education and experience as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), I have worked with youth and children ages 5-18 years old helping them through their struggles with anxiety, depression, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), life transitions, difficulty communicating their feelings and emotions with others, suicidal thoughts, and self-injurious behaviors. While supporting the individual, I will also work with the family, parents, and guardians to increase the family’s ability to support the client through their difficult experiences.

Education: I hold a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis on Marriage and Family Therapy from Azusa Pacific University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from California Baptist University.

Trainings: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Basic Skills Training, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), have extensive training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and have received Level One Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
