As a Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) trainee, I am deeply passionate about helping couples and families weave stronger connections and navigate life’s complexities with greater ease. Currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, I work from a systemic perspective, recognizing that true healing flourishes within the bonds of our most cherished relationships.
My clinical approach is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and I am particularly drawn to supporting couples and families with young children during these formative years.
Collaboration flows naturally through my therapeutic style. I believe clients hold the wisdom of their own stories, while I serve as a gentle guide helping them uncover new pathways to connection and understanding.
Drawing from my foundation in preschool education, I bring a nuanced appreciation for how individual growth and family rhythms dance together. I am committed to cultivating a warm, sacred space where couples and families can explore their patterns with curiosity, tend to old wounds with compassion, and nurture the meaningful relationships their hearts desire.
