I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #158940) and a doctoral student at Alliant International University, where I also completed my master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am a proud member of both the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) and the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT).

As a bilingual therapist (English/Spanish), I work with teens, adults, couples, and families who are ready to reconnect, heal, and grow. I specialize in helping couples deepen emotional closeness, increase connection, and break free from repetitive conflict cycles.

With individuals, I focus on strengthening self-esteem, identity, and emotional regulation through the use of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Narrative practices. I also support clients navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life transitions—especially families learning to communicate and adapt during their teen’s developmental changes.

My goal is to create a safe and collaborative space where every voice is heard and valued, empowering clients to build more authentic and fulfilling relationships—with others and with themselves.
