As a dedicated Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) trainee, I am passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families in navigating life’s challenges. Currently pursuing my Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Alliant International University- California School Of Professional Psychology, I am excited to apply my knowledge and skills to help clients create positive change and foster healthier relationships.

As an MFT trainee, I am committed to utilizing a systemic approach to therapy. I practice Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and I strive to empower clients to cultivate deeper emotional bonds, develop more effective communication and problem-solving skills, and create more fulfilling and resilient relationships.

I have had a long-term commitment to the mental health field and profession. Before joining Renova, I was an ABA Registered Behavioral Technician working with families and children with Autism. I worked closely with toddlers and children and their parents. I am motivated to meet my client’s needs and help them find their own unique ways to thrive.
